Refund and Replacement
We are proceed the order base on confirmed PO and PI, When there is quality issue, We should communicate to to find good solution. if ours fault we will process your request for a refund or replacement , No refund or replacement will be accepted if the item appears to have been worn, washed or damaged.

Return Terms and Conditions:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and the label still attached. If your items arrive in additional packaging, such as dust bags, this must also be returned.
All items must be on resale condition.
Items such as  Shanpoo,Swimwear,Bra,Undearwear,Mask Which are dirrect fit to our skin are not exchangeable.
We are unable to pay the freight for the return.
All returns are Hebe Creative Corp responsibility of the customer until the goods are returned by our return department.
Please make sure that all returns are packed in good condition to avoid any damage during transit.
When returning the good with retail box make sure the box is protected by an outer wrapping. fishing gear the case is part of the product and any damage may result in the return being refused.
